All kittens to attend pet training classes and socialization classes.

To ensure that the kitten is not let off leash until training is complete and recall is secure and that the kitten is secure on collar and harness at all times and you further confirm that I am aware of my legal obligations regarding ownership of a cat under all current legislation and that I will at all times ensure observation of the current legislation

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and all information given at any time to the cattery is correct.

To make a total payment as deposit of the said fee before meeting up with/or before kitten being delivered to the provided address. The fee is used to clear vet bills and also for the preparation of the kitten's package. Th adoption fee is refundable in case the adopter is not convenient with the kitten upon meeting it. The adopter will also be given the opportunity to make another choice from available/ready for adoption kittens.

I am happy to have a home-check if necessary before or after delivery

I can provide references regarding my home

Everyone in my household, including other pets will come to meet the new pet if necessary

NOTE: Any kitten Adopted remains the property of the adopter but must not be sold on, given away (except in accordance with the rescue team) or otherwise disposed of. The cat Must be surrendered to PAH on Request
